Virginia Blood Donation Day

WHEREAS, the Commonwealth of Virginia is committed to ensuring the safety and security of our citizens and visitors; and

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Glenn Youngkin, do hereby recognize September 4, 2023, as BLOOD DONATION DAY in the COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA and call this observance to the attention of our citizens.
