Governor’s flag order for the State Capitol in Richmond

This is to order that the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia is to be flown at half-staff over the State Capitol and throughout Virginia in respect and memory of Civil Rights leader Reverend Dr. Wyatt Tee Walker.

I hereby order that the flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, and remain at half-staff until sunset on Saturday, February 17, 2018.
