Presentation of U.S. Flag and Certificate to Governor McDonnell

Wayne Halbleib presents the U.S. Flag and a Certificate to Governor McDonnell. The Flag was flown by 1st Lieutenant Chris Halbleib, United States Air Force, son of Wayne Halbleib, over the skies of Afghanistan in a MQ-1B Predator piloted by Chris in our nation's War Against Terrorism. The Certificate recognizes Governor McDonnell and is signed by Chris on behalf of the men and women of the 62nd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron of the United States Air Force in Afghanistan. Chris wants Governor McDonnell to have the Flag and Certificate in view of his prior military service and the strong support the Governor has shown for the men and women in Virginia, both active duty military and veterans, who have sacrificed to make us free.
